What am I allowed to bring?
New residents are welcome to bring in small items of furniture, pictures, photographs and the like. We are also open to small pets being brought to live with their owner, though this is at the discretion of management.
Can I bring a pet?
This would be at the manager’s discretion.
Can I have Visitors?
Friends and family are welcome at any time and are invited to stay for a meal or refreshments at no additional charge.
Can I keep my own GP?
Although we feel it is in the best interest of all our residents to be seen by our GP, you can stay registered with your GP if you wish.
Is smoking allowed?
In the designated area only.
Going out: Can I go out with my family and friends?
We encourage this to happen as much as possible. We welcome all our visitors to come anytime and invite and encourage friends and family to visit and share a meal with their loved one.
We hold regular relatives meetings and many of our relatives enjoy being involved with various events held at Cleeve Lodge. Penny, Vanessa, Emma and Donna are always delighted to talk to relatives and friends any time.
Will I be allowed to have a television in my room?
Yes, a TV is allowed in your room. You can also bring along small items of furniture; photos, pictures, etc.
