Emma O’Connor has devoted her entire working life to health and social care, bringing over four decades of experience, compassion, and heartfelt dedication to Cleeve Lodge. Caring for others is not just Emma’s profession – it is who she is.

Meet Emma

Before joining Cleeve Lodge, Emma managed two care homes within the Purely Park Trust, where her warm leadership and exceptionally high standards contributed to multiple Outstanding CQC ratings. Her ability to nurture both residents and staff has made her a respected figure throughout the sector.

In May 2025, Emma led Cleeve Lodge to achieve its third consecutive Outstanding CQC rating, a remarkable milestone that reflects her unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and the emotional wellbeing of every resident. This achievement stands as a testament to her dedication and the compassion she brings into the home every day.
